The following chart describes when shipment data is first available on line using our Visibility Tools such as Schenker.ca Tracking, Quick Track, CIS and our ICM product.

Int’l Ocean Import International ocean import shipment data is now visible on line at least 24 hours prior to vessel loading at origin port	Int’l Ocean Exports International ocean export shipment data is visible on line from time of booking at origin port
Int’l Air Imports International air import shipment data is visible on line while in transit	Int’l Air Exports International air export shipment data is visible on line from time of booking at origin port
North America Ground North American ground shipment data is visible on line from the time of booking request	Intra America Air Intra Americas air import and export shipment data is visibility on line from the time of booking with a direct link to our Americas Air (BAX) tracking system
Small Parcel Shipments processed through our small parcel business unit are visible on line from the time of booking with a direct link to our domestic and international small parcel carrier partners	Ex Warehouse Shipments processed through our distribution centers, data is visible on line from the time of warehouse pick complete
Customs Brokerage Shipments being cleared by Schenker are visible on line as soon as documents are received	Integrated Cargo Management Shipments processed through our Integrated Cargo Management system, data is visible on line from the time of booking request
Global Visibility Customers shipping not only to the Americas but also Globally can view shipment data on line from time of booking at origin port with a direct link to our Global tracking system (CIS)	Customized Portals Customized portals are created based on customer logistics requirements including branding
