A number of products are available to make this product truly customizable to the needs of every individual Login.
The product includes images of shipment documents, reports, and an extensive tracking module that provides easy to use access to shipment information by milestone, or by advanced search functions.
Additional features include data download functions available on demand for customized reporting.
As part of the Tracking Portal, the customer has the ability to select a variety of milestones for Automated Alert Notifications.
These are proactive notifications of Shipment Milestones, pushing shipment events via e-mail or SMS messaging to cellular devices. Customer can choose from a variety of Shipment Event Milestones.
To Register for DB Schenker's Tracking Portal, select the Register button on the lefthand side of the web page under Customer Portal and complete the one page registration form.
Once approved, DB Schenker will send your username and password to your provided e-mail address.
