History of our perishables business
Over the past years, Canada has become one of the world's top producers of farm-raised fish and shellfish and has carved for itself a large portion of the world market. The United States buys approximately 80% of the production and the balance is shipped around the world. Not only aquaculture products are being sought after; Canada has also some of the world's finest wild mushrooms, fresh fruits and vegetables, all of which are in very high demand.

The expertise

• Sophisticated Perishable Distribution Service that handles products from salmon, shellfish and eel to mushrooms, fresh fruit and vegetables

The facilities

• 5,000 sq. ft. of cooler space and freezer, divided into sections with individual temperature control and 24 hour monitor alarm connected to temperature recorders
• Loading and storage of ULD's in our coolers so that goods stay fresher and at the correct temperature until they are ready for transport
